A classic on breathing
This is one of the best books on breathing that I've ever read. It explores the physiological, psychological, and spiritual dimensions of breathing in a way that can help you awaken your own full natural breath. It also offers powerful guided practices such as The Smiling Breath (my favorite). I heartily recommend this book for everyone!
