The art is different but the book is well put together it does not include reverse meanings. but I like it because the cards are small and the look different.
I am teaching my son who is a 9 year old autistic child to read using these cards first because they are small enough for his tiny hands and the busy backgrounds can help spark up intuition in my mind , so far he is doing well. The cd is fun, but the art is what I find so different they all are unique cards they don't have even the slightest connetion to any cards I have ever seen nor to the card next to it in the same deck....,,, If you like puzzles this is a good deck. You would be able to learn to read a normal deck of playing cards after learning these I find them fun as I watch my sons eyes move over the cards and his fingers touch the images I did not see, kind of cool. I think it is over priced but the book has alot of useful begginer stuff and the cd does too so that alone pays for itself. the cards again I stress they are very busy and leave much room for intuition they use hearts instead of cups. The CD and Book are worth it the cards are up to you.....in any way I am glad I got it for the book and cd rom which my son enjoys. As a mom if he is happy I am happier. Was this review helpful?
