If you don't know where to start after the doctor tells you you are allergic to food, start here. If you suspect you are allergic to food by your self diagnosed symptoms, get this book. If you just want to feel better and eat better, get this book. It has been an answer to my prayers. I couldn't just cut out all the food I was allergic to, I didn't have enough food to eat. I lost 11 pounds in a week because I didn't know what to eat that I wouldn't react to. This book has helped me to thrive again. The information is easy to read and understand. The recepies are easy to make and affordable. They taste good and my husband enjoys them- he is not on a restricted diet.
