    Dr. Lickerman translates complex ideas into a beautifully writte

    Dr. Lickerman translates complex ideas into a beautifully written and easily understood book that I found very thought-provoking. I lost count of the number of times I thought "of course!" and "now I get it" as I read this book. You don't have to be a Buddhist to appreciate how profound these ideas are--achieve indestructible happiness? After reading this book, I believe it is possible for any of us, and I plan to share this book with my young-adult children so they can get a head start on the rest of their lives.
