    Another Winner

Are you a fan of the hit TV series “The Walking Dead”? How about the movies “Zombieland” or “Resident Evil”? Are zombies you favorite movie monsters? If you answered yes to any of these questions then you really need to own this series. Chrissy Peebles’ “Zombie Chronicles” series has everything you have come to expect and love about zombies. In this third book, “The Zombie Chronicles - Book 3 - Deadly City (Apocalypse Infection Unleashed Series)” picks up exactly where book two, “Race For The Cure” left off.

Nick, Dean, Lucas, Jackie, and Claire have arrived back to their hotel room only to discover Val is missing. They notice that the ropes left on the bed are frayed and while they are debating what happened and where she could possibly be they are interrupted with moans coming from the bathroom. They rush to get the door open thinking maybe she had gotten in there somehow only to discover the maid curled up in the corner and when she sees them she threatens to turn them in for having a zombie in their room. They know that if she is allowed to do this then they stand zero chance of finding their sister. They decide that they need to buy some time and tie the maid up with the discarded rope before using the chloroform to render her unconscious.

They know that time is running out and they have several items to accomplish…find their sister, recover the bag that holds the possible cure to saving Val, and get out of town before they end up in more trouble then they have already been in. But as best laid plans go…they encounter more trouble than they ever imagined they could considering all they have been through up to this point. But do they find Val? Do they recover their stolen cure to the zombie virus? Can they survive Kingsville and make it safely out of town and in one piece? Do they ever catch up with Tahoe? Does he even still have the cure? To get these questions answered and more you’ll need to pick up your own copy of this chilling, frighteningly good, entertaining series.

Chrissy Peebles has outdone herself again with “The Zombie Chronicles” series. With this series she has shown that she is a truly gifted, multitalented novelist. If this is the first book that you have read by Ms. Peebles than do yourself a favor, get back to Amazon and get a copy of all of her books. Every one of the books in each of her series is different but exceptionally enjoyable. Once you start one of her books you will not want to stop reading until that last page is turned. This is one author that will surely become a favorite.

    more from this reviewer

Chrissy Peebles has written another great installment to The Zom

Chrissy Peebles has written another great installment to The Zombie Chronicles!! I'm totally hooked on this series. There's so much action and the story is so fast-paced that the book was over before I knew it!! It's not a short book by any means. The writing is just so fantastic that I can't put my Kindle down!

Deadly City picks up right where book 2 left off, in Kingsville. You will be on the edge of your seat as you follow Dean through more obstacles, more emotions, and more triumphs!

If you read the first 2 books in this exciting series, you'll definitely want to read this one as well. To date, this is my favorite installment for MANY reasons. You'll have to read it and find out for yourself why this is such a great addition!

    Ugh

I read the first, it was okay but i thought the charactors were kind of annoying and there was too many close calls. I read the second and thought the charactors were even more annoying (silly dialogue and amazingly stupid. In zombie appocolypse they think its smart to stand on an open road in the dark and talk loud for 15 minutes about what the world used to be, good thing zombies don't eat ppl) but i had to know about Val which still hadn't been resolved by the end of 2. So the author must get to the point and finish this journey (at least get them to saftey and start rebuilding) silly me i was wrong. Still after 1333pages their up to their elbows in it and the journey is either never ending or will never know. I hate wasting my money and that is what i did. Done with this series be you kept me on edge for awhile, then i got so annoyed i jumped.
