I first introduced this book to my 3 yrd old by recommondation f
I first introduced this book to my 3 yrd old by recommondation from the local library. He loves it, can't get enough of it. From there I have indroduced him to all of Mo Willems books. I highly suggest his books to any and all Pre-schooled aged children.

A very special children's book!
This is a children's book that the adults assisting the child will find just as entertaining as the child! The characters are engaging and the story will make you laugh. If you are reading to a child who is not yet beginning to read, two adults can read the book together with each adult taking a different role. If your child is beginning to read, the child can take one of the roles. And this book is ideal for a beginning reader. There are opportunities for a lot of childhood drama and expression in reading this story. For a good time for both child and adult, I highly recommend all the elephant and piggy books!

A great series!
An adorable book about two friends. I like their interactions and dialog. This is my first experience with Mo Willems, but will no doubt purchase more of these books.

Cute book.
My 27-month old was fascinated by the book, but isn't interested in "reading" it again, yet. He is crazy about elephants so I bought him several books with elephant characters - even though some, such as this one, are geared towards young readers. He was captivated by the pictures - although they are pretty simple.

Another FANTASTIC Piggie and Elephant book! Wonderful facial expressions and cute story. Our 2 boys love pretending to be Piggie and Gerald while reading the story. Great beginner reader book!

GREAT BOOKS!!!
My 5 year old just started kindergarten..every week he gets to bring a book home to read every night. all the books have been by mo willems, the elephant and piggie books. they are the best books i have ever read to him. he loves them. we read them 5 times a day for week. we laugh and read together. i recommend these books 100%.

Funny
Elephant keeps having his head used by birds for landing and Piggie tries to help the problem. Toddlers and older will love this book and laugh.
