    Outstanding book....highly recommend!!

I am a single parent of a 4 year old autistic boy. I bought this book with the hope of better understanding how he acts the way he does and how he thinks. I must say that this book was so informing and entertaining at the same time. I laughed, I cried, and I found myself in this book. Many of the common things autistic children do were explained from the 'inside out' approach through Sean. God bless them for writing this book. I couldn't put it down...not even at work or at home. I finished this book in 3 days and I've never read anything that fast before. I highly recommend this book to everyone who wants an inside look at what it means to be autistic or who wants to be better informed. Truly a REMARKABLE BOOK!

    A window worth peering into

I admire Sean for his accomplishments and for sharing his story. Neurodiversity is recognized and valued through Sean's story; it provides a window into the minds of those we love without words or ways to communicate in the terms us typicals are able to comprehend.

More editing prior to publishing would have been appreciated.

    Enlightening read!

I loved the structure of this book - the personal stories of a boy with autism, and then his mother's perspective on the same situation was enlightening. I work with children with autism daily and it was interesting to get an inside perspective of events that some of my students display.
