I know the Clique books are supposed to be "bad" because the girls are mean and rich and there are never morals to the stories, but I love them anyway! They're absorbing and fun, so what's the harm in reading them as long as you know how to not behave like the snobby Pretty Committee? In TBAMFS (yet another clever Clique title) alpha girl Massie decides that she and her overprivileged friends need to "upgrade" and snag ninth grade crushes. However, Pretty Committee member Claire is completely, totally, and fully unwilling to ditch her BF, Cam. So will Massie move on, or will Claire give in and find another guy? On top of this drama, Massie's ninth grade crush, Landon, is spotted with another girl, and Massie attempts to track the girl down. As in, literally going around girl-hunting. Is it a happy ending for the OCDivas? Or just another dramafest?

I got this book the day it came out and was really excited to read it. The 11th book in this series, Boys R Us, had gotten a lot of bad reviews, but personally, I enjoyed it. But this book.... its horrible. I've been a huge fan of this series since the beginning, but this book was really disappointing.
Now, I love to read, and even if the book is bad, I'll read the whole thing, cover to cover just because I love reading. But this book has been sitting on my shelf for almost 4 months unfinished. It's horrible. Claire can only not be friends with Massie so many times before the storyline gets old, Lisi. I feel like this is the same as some of the other previous Clique novels. The same things are always happening. Massie can't get the guy she wants and decides to do everything in her power to make him like her and Claire gets in a fight with Massie and now has Lane, her only friend to talk to.
The only word I can produce to describe this book is: HORRIBLE.

    Good book, bad price

This book was great! However, most of the books cost too much. You already have to pay for the nook, and then you have to pay for overpriced books. Waste of $.
