Fantastic glimpses of USA today.
I have made this book an exception to my usual immersion in public policy analysis and other sometimes tedious (if rewarding) books, and have enjoyed almost every page. Except for one or two chapters (e.g., Alabama where the author can't get beyond race) the material is uniformly outstanding. After reading the book (which, by the way, BN is selling very cheaply), I bought four more copies, as presents. On one copy I inscribed, 'Besides traveling abroad, get to know your own country.'Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
