    Absolutely stunning

This is one of the best collections of images by National Geographic photographers. It showcases the incredible world we live in through the lenses of some of its most talented residents.

gift item that will be looked at again and again

I gave this book to my grandfather for christmas, and he was instantly enamored. The pictures are stunning, of course, but they cover such a breadth of subject matter that there is something for everyone. I called him tonight to ask him if he wanted me to visit, but he said he was too busy looking at the book! I can't blame him though - it's very thick, and the price cannot be beat.
