I've read all three books in this series and loved them all.   Enjoyed all 3; book 1 and 3 were my faves though.   fun read, fun characters.   Cute love story.

I'm so glad I only paid $1.99 for the nook book of this. I had read "Stealing Home" and thought it was a good story with interesting characters and just the right amount of sexiness. Throwing Heat is disappointing after that. This one is vulgar, the story is boring and the characters are shallow. It's also not nearly as well-written as the first one.

    Not my favorite

    ## Frustrating. That's how I describe this book. Don't get me wrong, I love baseball. So any story that revolves around my favorite sport intrigues me. However, the hero completely ruined this story for me. He was so arrogant and smug it bordered on ridiculous. Confidence is sexy, cockiness is not. In addition to that, he ran so hot and cold I thought for sure this guy was bi-polar. He hurts the heroine over and over AND over. It became so repetitive I had a hard time finishing this book. And she was stupid for taking it. Every. Single. Time. Of course the author turned his character around in the last 10 pages, but that was too little too late for me. All I could ever see this guy as, was a pompous jerk. Won't be reading again.

    Too much

I always finish books that I start. I Just finished this one and this was my least favorite of the series. Wish I hadnt purchased this one. I did find it vulgar, much too descriptive for my taste. I really did not see the need for so much detailed sex throughout the series. I hope this author learns that sometimes less is more, as the story was good.
