The story was not quite as good as the first one and a lot of the things didn't match up from the By the Shore. In By the Shore May is 12 or almost 12 in Tiger Tiger when they refer to the time they spent in Scotland they she says she was 9 or 10. In By the Shore they made it sound like her parents were not married and hadn't been together for a long time with several men in between, in Tiger Tiger she says that her mother left her father occasionally but not like in the first book. In By the Shore they said that Paul was Edens father but then in Tiger Tiger it said Simon was I always have a difficult time when things don't match up but I did enjoy the way the book was written and the honesty of the feelings.
