Great Book for people who have suffered great loss
After losing my husband, my oldest son and my favorite sister within a five year period, this book, with Mr.Baggett's help. was a life saver for me. I would recommend this book to anyone who has suffered a loss.

Excellent book for anyone who has experienced a loss or knows someone who has.
This is a really great book that helped me learn a lot about myself. It is written in a really easy to read style but has tremendous insight and wisdom. I especially appreciated the spiritual perspective on the stages of grieving that we go through in the midst of our grief. I am also a health professional and have seen many of my patients experience profound grief and feel this would be a huge help to them and their families in their struggles. I think this book would speak to anyone who has experienced a serious loss, not just death.

Mr Baggett has really captured the struggles we go through and how that challenges our faith. I highly recommend this for anyone who is in the midst of hard times of any type. -

Not what I thought it would be.
I originally read a description of this book that lead me to believe it was about Mr. Baggett's struggle with his son with schizophrenia. Because of my involvement with NAMI, I immediately purchased this book expecting to gain new insight into this illness and to learn of the coping skills that Mr. Baggett acquired.

In fact, there was only a mention of his son and his illness. I read the several inspirational stories in this book and while they were not without merit, I was disappointed.
I did give this book to someone who I believed would enjoy it. I have not heard back from him, but I will contact him to see what he thought.
A better description of the actual focus of this or any book would be helpful in the future. This will probably prevent me from ordering any book online. I will, in the future, buy books in-store so that I can scan the material before I make a purchase. -
