    What a pleasant surprise!

I have to admit that the title and the cover are what made me buy this book.. However, it really is a good story... a love story set in high society England, and the murder storyline is a true one taken from histirical archives. It is so refreshing to read charactors who have such a strong faith that plays out in everyday trials.....just like we all must do.

Recommend this to people that like romance set in an older time era.

I enjoyed this book very much. I like the time setting and the story. Would read other books like this.

    Easy, light reading.

The plot was not spell-binding. However, it is a good, light read - easy to put down and go back to later.

"The secret" was a bit too stretched out, but a good read none the less.

    Very enjoyable

A rather old fashioned book, but very enjoyable. The ending was not what I had anticipated! I will read more from this author.
