    4.5 Stars A Hunter with A Sainte's heart

Even though he remained in the shadows, he could feel her green-grey eyes staring right at him and then she disappeared.

Hunter Greye had spent most of his life hiding, but with his rare abilities joining the Marine Corps seemed to be the perfect fit. Sometime the perfect fit however turns out to be the one place you stand out.

Alexandra Sainte works in the family business Buchanan Investigation and is more than capable of taking care of herself. Unfortunately when you come from a family with uniquely different psychic abilities and you're the only girl they can tend to be a little overbearing.

After leaving the Corps Hunter accepts a job with Jurek Westlake who owns and operates Westlake Investigations. Westlake handles many high profiled and government client and with Hunter's abilities and the contacts he made in the marines he is well placed within the company. Women are disappearing and Westlake has been hired to find the girls and the people responsible and bring an end to the kidnappings. The investigation leads Hunter to a warehouse but he is surprised to encounter two thieves entering the building and retrieving information from a computer. After following them from the shadows Hunter discovers one of the thieves is a woman and he is determined to find out who they are but before he gets the chance they disappear.
Alex knew there was somebody in the shadows watching when her brother went to retrieve information from a laptop and when she turned and saw his golden eyes he ignited something in her that continued to burn long after she got out of the place. A few days later when Alex and her brother return to work to see her uncle Max Buchanan, she is surprised to find not only Jurek Westlake there but to also come face to face with the man from the shadows.

Before long Jurek and Max will pool recourses and work together to solve the kidnappings and Hunter and Alex will have to work a lot closer than either one of them would like. Alex and Hunter will need to find a way to trust each other and work together if they are to solve this case or it may end up being more than the kidnapped women that could lose their lives.

I really enjoyed reading To Hunt a Sainte and look forward to reading the next book in this series.

I have to admit that the Westlake Entreprises series is one of my favourites!!

I first read 'To Hunt a Sainte' by Marie Harte a while ago and decided to revisit it now before the third book in the series comes out!! (So looking forward to 'Love in Electric Blue'!!!)

I love this book. The characters are great and the relationships that are built & develop are interesting to watch.
The main characters of Hunter and Alex are really good but I also enjoyed reading and finding out about the extended Buchanan family and meeting the other employees at Westlake. Lots of faces (and abilities) to watch out for in future books!!

The book was action packed, had a good storyline that had a few twists & turns - it maintained the suspense and kept my interest until the end. As you'd expect from Marie, the story HOT - gods, that woman can write some fantastic scenes!!!!!

Going off to reread book 2 now - 'Storming his Heart' (which is another fab book)

If you like paranormal fiction with loads of action, great characters and tons of heat, go grab a copy of 'To Hunt a Sainte' now... You won't be disappointed!!!

    I thought I was GREAT!

I really like some of the Marie Hartes books, some of them I can do without, but I really like this one. I thought the characters had been well thought out and I loved that Max decided to let them suffer through everything until the mission ended.
