    awsome book

If you were a person in a small town in Northern Canada and a group of American soldiers enters your town-seeking people to volunteer and fight against the Russians that are invading, would you stay, fight or get in the car and drive to the border to escape possible death? This book would be for older people such as high school age, or earlier middle school and me because it had some content that may not be suitable for younger children. End War contains a few controversial issues such as bloody violence, language and strong gory circumstances. This book is a great read, I couldn't put it down due to the suspense and it is full of page turning action that was very unpredictable. End War is similar to the video game Battlefield Bad Company II where a small group of Special Forces is sent up to Canada to stop the Russian invasion. If I had to rate this book on a scale of 1-10 it would have to be a 10 because of the action, suspense and thrill, readers who enjoy futuristic stories will most definitely enjoy this book. End War is held in the future however, the very early future, where future warfare meets today's warfare. Much of this book is held in Canada when the Russians are invading down through the north into the oil fields of Canada but there is a twist at the end that will bring countries to their knees. End War is an action packed, fast paced book with some unexpected twists that brings about the will to survive and protect by the people being able to stop the Russians.

Not that great. The First book was way better but I was very dissapointed with this one. Ghost Recon in this book don't feel like the elite operators they should be, and the splinter cells seem to be very unrealistic, useless, ineffective and under trained. The overall story was decent, but the ending left me feeling cheated. Overall not too bad of a book if you want to find out what happens to the Snow Maiden..

    Not his best!

I found the book entertaining, but certainly not Tom Clancy's best. The knowledge of military equipment that might be just in the future was impressive. The future "what if" of a middle east nuclear war was depressingly real.
