    Tommy for President!!

Tommyland is the best book I have read. It was entertaining and crazy. I felt like I was sitting with him on his couch, just talking with the guy. I loved the way the book was written, so laid back and casual. He lets you into his head. You get to know Tommy, not the rock-star Tommy but him as a person. I am glad to tell you the whole book isn't another story of sex, drugs, and rock-and-roll, although there is much of this, but it is about life. I would recommend this book to anyone under the age of 30.

    Excellent!

This book surprised the hell out of me! I expected something completely different that what it turned out to be. From the moment I cracked it open, I couldn't put it down. Tommy, you have grown up in front of our eyes. I found your book honest, sincere, sweet, philosophical, and intelligently written. I see you in a completely different way, and with renewed respect and admiration. You've been done a lot and seen a lot, and seemed to have truly learned from your mistakes. Your booked moved me deeply, and showed us all that you are just as real and down to earth as the rest of us, maybe even more so. Thanks for sharing all of it with us. I hope that you are very proud of this book!!

    I Also Recommend:

    Very amazing book.

I also read The Heroin Diaries and The Dirt. Each of these books were very entertaining and let you into the lives of Motley Crue and it's members. A few things are repeated that were in The Dirt. Tommy Lee wrote this book very well. He is a very good writer and I'm glad I got this book. I must say though, if you don't like Motley Crue, don't read this book. It is a fantastic book all around.

'Tommyland' - a good read for any Tommy Lee/Crue fan.

In this book, Tommy Lee's writing is very real, raw, and not to mention personal. It does jump around a bit, but in the end it makes sense the way he writes things, and in all fairness, you are warned right from the beginning that it's not a 'day one to day now' account of his life. It's completely what I expected, and I did enjoy it. So if you're a Motley Crue (especially a Tommy Lee) fan, I highly reccomend this book.

    TommyLicious!!!!

There is no one quite like the super sexy SuperNova Tommy Lee. This book is a down to earth account of Tommy's life. Yes, at times its a little outrageous. But, that is what makes Tommy Lee the persona. He gives you an honest look into his experiences from marriage, hookups, Motley Crue, family, and music. This book is definately interesting for all entertainment lovers. Highly Recommended!!

    So Amazing!

I just finished reading Tommyland and it was an amazing book. I have been a fan of Motley Crue and especially Tommy Lee for the past 20+ years. I have followed his career from Motley to Methods and as a fan - i have to say that i highly recommend this book. It is crude, hillarious, exciting and touching. He holds nothing back! I laughed, I cried, I felt his hangovers! what an exciting and wild life he has led. But it is also interesting to read about how he has grown up and matured over the years.

Tommy Lee has made a fan out of me!!

This book is fantastic! Once I started reading it, I couldn't put it down until I had read it from cover to cover! It was honest, sincere and very well written! It was a heart felt look into the life of Tommy Lee. You would have never of guessed that this was written by the wild drummer of Motley Crue. Tommy Lee is not only a talented musician, he is a very talented author! You will enjoy this book!

BUY THIS BOOK--It's entertaining, heart-warming & completely RAW!!!

This book is a breath of fresh air and smelly farts mixed together with the feel of lavender and a nice warm bubble bath! This book is exciting, heart-warming, uninhibited, raw, frank, sincere, enlightening and entertaining. It's one of the best books I have ever read and definitely the best autobiography I have read so far. Tommy Lee doesn't hold back much in this book. He is creative with his writing in the sense that this read is NOT a boring memoir of his life. He opens up about his marriage to Pamela Anderson and his first wife too. He opens up about his kids and the ups and downs to parenthood. He talks in great detail about his life rather than his career but doesn't leave you wanting more information when it comes to his career. He has a great balance in this book between personal disclosure and opening up about his career then, now and what's to come. I loved this book and this book made me respect and appreciate Tommy as a person not just as a musician. Once you pick it up you won't be able to put it down!

    Hmmmm

Having a convo with your package as if it's helping you tell the story? This story had heartfelt moments but too many things that should have stayed private. Tommy is talented but stick to music dude.

    Unimpressed

I am a huge fan of Motley Crue and Tommy Lee, but his book didn't really do it for me. I thought it was a little dry and I wasn't really impressed. I thought it could've been more exciting.

    Nothing new

As far as autobiographies go, this one offers no insights. Tommy Lee is anything but candid. There's nothing new in the book. But for some easy reading and simple entertaining, this book works. Once I read it, it went straight to the 'to give away' pile.
