Not quite complete, but a marvelous collection.

This is quite a body of work. Inside of this compact box is almost everything Tony Bennett recorded. Why not quite complete? For some reason that is baffling fans, some individual tracks from some of the Columbia and MGM/ Verve albums are missing...could it be that Mr. Bennett couldn't stand the thought of some of these songs reaching the digital age? But some of the rarities on the rarities discs make up for the omissions. The book has a neat discography of the recordings, although a fan wishes that the book contained a thought or two on each album. Some of the discs sound better than their previous CD releases. The LP-replica sleeves are great reproductions. (I never understood why the industry didn't do these type sleeves from the beginning of the CD era instead of the cheesy plastic jewel cases.) For most of us Bennett fans the jewel of the set is the Las Vegas Sahara concert, which is an exciting set. (A CD release was planned several years ago by Legacy but scrapped for some reason.) "Glory Road" is a terrific album, and why Columbia scrapped its release fifty years ago is baffling. But this set is absolutely essential for understanding one of the most essential discographies of American popular song.

There was a 45 issued from the Sahara concert.  As to why Glory

There was a 45 issued from the Sahara concert.  As to why Glory Road was pulled, it's very simple  A small single Bennett recorded called I left my Heart in SF was blasting it's way to the top of the charts.  Smart Columbia marketing executives quickly put together an album around the single to cash in.  Bits and piece of Glory Road surfaced through the years, but to finally hold it in my hands complete is like the Holy Grail for Bennett fans.
Unfortunately, this set is NOT complete and, even though there is room in the box,  they have not pressed a version of Viva for the box set.
