too good to be true

another great little love story from Kristan Higgins. Her books are so nice and refreshing, and I enjoy the little bits of comedy that she mixes in with them. I've loved all her books so far and am anxious when a new one comes out.

Cute Story

It was a cute little story. Took a while to get started but then picks up. Typical love story.

    Did not like

I gave 2 stars for the last 100 pages. This book made me so mad, I had 3 older and have 1 younger Sisters and I would have never done that to my Sisters! I known it is fiction but it just pissed me off! Grace was hurting so bad and I did mot like the way her family treated her. I did not see any humor and I hated this book. Just the last 100 pages tried to pull everything together!

    light but a little lame

This is a light and easy read, but a little lame. The portrayal of the main character is rather insulting. She invents a fake boyfriend, boinks the guy on the head with a hockey club, lets her dog bite him and backs into his truck. Not exactly the actions of a woman who is the sharpest tool in the shed. Okay, She doesn't have to be a rocket scientist,The family quirks are repeated several times over, such as her parents bickering and her own personal trauma with her kinky hair. Okay to read once, but not worth being in a permanent book collection.
