    DOUGHNUTS - A HARD SUBJECT TO FIND ANYTHING ABOUT!

    Interesting and very informative!! There are not many doughnut books 'out there' and this one helped me to create the best-tasting doughnuts! I was thrilled with the way the various topics were listed and, aside from the recipes, it was interesting to read.
