Corduroy Bear 12 Inches

Really only 9.5 inches, but fine size for my 18 month old

I was surprised to see how small the bear was, so I measured it, and it is actually only 9.5 inches when you stretch it out. He kind of sits though, so he looks like he's only about 8 inches. Turns out he's a good size for my 18 month old who is just over 31 inches tall, but I think this would be too small for kids who are bigger. The shoulder straps velcro open and shut, which is a nice feature.

Adorable but smaller

My daughter is in an undergraduate majoring in elementary education. I've been sending her her favorite childhood book characters for her future reading corner. I sent her Corduroy and she said that he is her favorite and she is very pleased with him. When I asked about the size, though, she estimated around nine inches. In her case, probably better than the stated 12 inches but a little misleading. A wonderful purchase, looks like the picture in the book, good price, just needs a bit of adjusting on the description. We would definitely recommend for any Corduroy lover.

I bought the bear for a memorial for someone who loved bears. I would buy the bear again if need be.

IAM ALWAYS COLLECTING BOOKS FOR MY GRANDKIDS AND THEY LIKE THE BOOKS WITH ANIMALS TO GO ALONG WITH THEM. CORDUROY IS SO CUTE AND THE STORY BOOKS REMIND ME OF THINGS KIDS DO AND GET IN TROUBLE. I WILL BE BACK FOR MORE CORDUROY BOOKS. BONNIE J. BATES
