Works fine
Don't know what everyone is complaining about. The only issue I saw was that since it came in a box, it is not so flat at first. But when I was done for the night, I rolled it up (I am only mostly done with the edges mind you). Then I unrolled it to see how bad the puzzle was torn up. It was exactly the same as when I rolled it. Better than leaving it out for the cat to tear up.

We can do puzzles again!
I was so excited when I saw the Puzzle Stow & Go! I love doing puzzles, but haven't done them in years because there's no way to finish one in a single setting, yet leaving it on the table until you get another chance to work on it is just not an option, especially with small children and animals in the house. This is the perfect solution. We absolutely love it! The bright color of the cloth makes it easy to see the pieces and the puzzle really does stay together when rolled up. It's exciting that something so simple could work so well. Tip: When you first get it out of the box, it helps to iron out the creases so it will lay flat.

It does the job
I purchased this as it takes up little space and is easy to transport. It does come up with a vinyl cylinder that needs blowing up - keep it away from the cats and kids as once it's popped, it won't keep it's shape and the carrier becomes useless.

Not worth it
While the mat is laid out it doesn't lay very flat, so the puzzle pieces lift off. The mat also makes it hard to shift pieces around because they get stuck to the mat.

puzzle stow & go
it is a good idea but the puzzle does not lay flat on the felt. this makes it hard to keep the pieces together.

Perfect!
I live in a tiny apartment and love to do puzzles. However, trying to do one always took up most of the floor space. I bought this a few weeks ago and it's great! I can easily roll up the pieces and put them aside until I'm ready to work again. Only problem I found is that the pieces stick to the inflatable tube, but not enough of a problem to make me unhappy. Overall, great product!

Great product if you had all of the pieces
We love the fact that you can start a puzzle and not have to finish it in one day, but this product would be even better if it had all of it's pieces. All we received was the felt mat and the tube. We were missing the straps. Large rubber bands do suffice, but the straps would have been better!

not impressed
I was not impressed by this contraption. It is little more than some felt rolled around a tube. The felt is not soft and does not roll up very easily, and the "straps" are no better than rubber bands. You can make this yourself by doing your puzzle on a big thick piece of felt and rolling it around a big wrapping paper tube and securing it with rubber bands. Don't waste your money.

Overall a good solution
I was worried this wasn't going to work but living in a small apartment means not having the luxury of leaving a puzzle on a table for weeks at a time. I bought the Puzzle Stow & Go and was overall satisfied with the product. Yes, each time I opened it a few pieces had to be reconnected but it still served it's purpose.

Recently though I wasn't as careful as I usually am when rolling it up and most of the inside of my puzzle was ruined. This was mostly my fault so I want to warn prospective buyers that you have to be careful all the time!
In the end I am able to do puzzles again because a 1000 piece puzzle doesn't take up a ton of room all the time. -

highly recommended
I have limited table space and really like to keep a puzzle out so I can work on it when I want to. With this stow & go I can easily roll up and put it somewhere else when I need table space. Thanks to Ravensburger for figuing out how to do it.

Felt does not lie flat. It is creased.
I am going to have to do something to flatten it out because the puzzle comes apart if it is done on the felt. It rolls up fine and works well to keep the pieces all in one place but it is hard to roll it tight enough to keep pieces from falling out. I am going to try to flatten it out. Anyone have any ideas as to how?

Does not work at all!
I got one of these for christmas because I am a huge puzzle lover and if i do not finish the puzzles fast engoh they get eatten by my dogs. So I tryed it out the first day and lucky I got a new puzzle for christmas because the rest of them were ruined due to isues above and well it did not work. I rolled it out then started. I tryed to roll it up I did not think it was going to work because if you think of it something flat that cant be rolled up being rolled up... It did not work, unrolled it to find that the puzzle I worked on for 1 hour in pieces and the best part, my dogs eat the puzzle pieces on the floor so now I cant do the puzzle! Horrible product I say dont buy it, its a waste of money.

Not that great
I love doing puzzles and thought this would be perfect. However, I like to "slide" pieces to move things around and you can't do that with this. They stick to the mat and you have to pick them up to move them. I didn't actually roll up the mat with the puzzle in it....I did the puzzle on the table on the mat and finished without the need to roll it up so I don't know how that "feature" works.

Doesn't hold it together.
I was't real happy with my purchase. I worked on the puzzle on the yellow mat it provided and when I rolled it up around the inflatable tube and ruberbanded it. Some of the pieces fell out.

Great product!
This product does exactly what it claims to do. It is perfect for those puzzles that take days (or weeks!) to complete, but you just don't have extra table space for puzzles. This allows you to work on the puzzle on the felt mat, and when you need to clear the table, just roll it up with inflatable "tube". Then secure it with the velco straps and store it away until next time!(You can stand it up--no need to lay it flat). The best part is any loose pieces in the center stay pretty much where they were! I bought this for by 12 year old, and we are both happy with this product...Just be sure to roll the felt around the tube tightly to keep everything in place. Happy puzzling!
