    Spirituality -- The Missing Link

I have read countless leadership and self-help books but Jon Gordon has the rare courage to speak the truth: No one can maximize their potential without honoring the One gave them their abilities. In Training Camp there is the plot about making the team. But that is not the real story. The real story is that the main character discovers that "he can do all things through Christ who strengthens him." Jon does not put it in such explicit "Christianese" but it is there. A better man makes a better player makes a better husband etc. Thanks Jon!

    Two Thumbs Up!

This book was recommended by a friend and co-worker - Todd Gothberg. To be very honest, I would not have read the book without his guidance. Having said that....I am very thankful and grateful.

Training Camp is an excellent book to provide both for "teachers" and "students", "coaches" and "players", etc. I envision this book to better assist mentoring young professionals within are own company! If you have an open-mind and the will to continue learning and bettering yourself - then buy the book. It is worth it. You are worth it. Good luck!

    Reinforcement

Sometimes you just need some reinforcement, or reminders, of how to excel, work hard and strive for greatness. This fits the bill. A very simple story that drives home a great message.
