    Highly Recommended To All!

This book is a must have for those serious about finding a meditation practice that really works. This book cannot teach you TM but it tells you everything that you ever wanted to know about it in easy to understand language. It is not boring but an interesting read. This book convinced me to try TM and before I even finished the book I sought out a qualified instructor and so glad that I did. I have been taught the method and look forward to meditating every day. I feel happier and more at peace.
