Good Read, will buy more from this Author

This is the first book from Robert Whitlow that I have read. It was a good, easy, thrilling read. I will buy more from this author. I like thriller - who done it? type books with a Christian undertone and this has certainly filled that need. I would recommend you read, then pass along to friends. I was up a couple of nights late because it was such a page turner that I couldn't put it down.

    FABULOUS !!

Christian fiction has come a long way from the days of 300 page sappy romantic heroines that took the entire book to decide if they were in love. But now along comes a writer that puts everything into a different perspective -- a new genre if you would. All the key elements are here for a meaty read and some truly OUTSTANDING biblical truths in simple easy to understand language. This book has something for everyone -- You must give it a try!!

I had to read this book for school and write a book report over it. I thought that this was giong to be a boring book but i have been having trouble putting it down because it is SO good and you never know what is going to happen next. Trial For A Life / Trial For a Soul

This is a compelling read of intrique and romance that keeps your attention to the very end. A ninteen year old wealthy heiress, Angela Hightower is murdered. A lawyer, who is close to committing suicide, Kent 'Mac' MacClain, has been appointed to defend Peter Thomason, who has been accused and arrested for killing her. Peter claims he has no memory of this crime. Mac believes his client is innocent, but proving it is going to be a challenge. A pshchologist and a psychiatrist come to different conclusions after examining Peter. One says he could not of possibly killed Angela and the other says he is a dangerous psychopath. Mac did show reasonable dout in Peter's defense, but he was still found guilty and sentenced to death. Mac's assistant, who is a young lawyer named David, believes Peter is innocent and convinces Mac to let him appeal the verdict. Mac and David uncover a web of deceit and betrayal. At the beginning of this case Mac was depressed to the point of committing suicide. At the end of the case the trial for Mac's soul was over. I liked the title because I like to read courtroom drama. I also, like the investigative work that takes place before a trial takes place.
