    Triathlon Magazine's Week-by-Week training guide.

    I've owned this book in hardcopy for over a year and I'm now purchasing it in digital format. If you are looking for an easy to use, comprehensive training plan for triathlons, this is one of the best. Of all of the books in my libarary, this is the one that gets the most use, hands down!

    Great information for new triathlete

    Used this book exclusively to train for my first tri, a half-ironman, which was foolish enough. I only reason I survived was because of the great training programs this book provided for a long time athlete but first time triathlete.
