It's time to play the game!
A must-have for any wrestling fan or someone looking to improve their physical fitness. Great ideas about different exercises that involve all of the major muscle groups. I have always looked up to Triple H on advise about working out and I am proud to have read this book. I strongly suggest anyone to get it!!!!

Interesting read
I thought the book was great. The workout info, while basic, was helpful as was the eating on the road nutrition. The interjections of his life with the wwe and prior was interesting. As Hogan brought wrestling to the public eye in the 80s, Triple H is doing it for the 90s and beyond.

Insight into paul levesque's life.
The book i had to order for a start I wish these superstars would consider their english fans just a bit more than they do, but the book is great im a female so the workout dont do much for me but he is the man who seems to have turned wwe raw round, people say its cos he's bedding the boss's daughter and I have no opinion there, but that is just 1 quarrel HHH isnt ever gonna live down. Id like to know what it is about stephanie that other women dont have, again it boils down to one thing! vince mcmahon, by the way do the wrestlers and the diva's have to date each other all the time, there are more nice women out there guys who dont belong to the wwe!

The reason this book is outstanding.
This a great book for anyone who does workout. Provides many opinions from 'the Game' himself on how to eat and diet while weight training. Offers realistic goals to focus on while starting to lift weights as far as how many reps and sets you should do on a certain body part. Also includes information on Triple H's rise to the top of WWE, and his relationship with the McMahons. Overall a enjoyable book.

Yeah, whatever, HHH
Ok, but really nothing that anyone who's ever picked up a 'muscle'magazine didn't already know. Only thing I found interesting was the tips about eating on the road. And what the heck ever happened to the chapter about 'sex with Steph'. Now that's what I want to know about.

How Fake is this?
This book is such a lie. How can one man have a body like that just working out? Obviously he needed some help, and I don't mean he needed therapy. Triple H is a wrestler, which means he is fake hits people. Boycott this one.
