I could not stop reading Tropical Getaway and wished it never ended
For someone that has lived in the North End and spent a fair amount of time in the Caribbean, the details are incredibly exact. I found myself reading faster and faster. And just when you think you know the entire plot, you read on to find new twists and turns that you never imagined. I found myself actually cheering for Dane and Ava at the end. I can¿t wait to read Roxanne¿s 2 novel, and 3rd novel ¿..

Love and Adventure- Tropical Getaway has it all!
Wow!! What a great book from new author Roxanne St. Claire. The story is so good, I couldn't put it down. I LOVED the hero, Dane. Ava is fun and sassy and not about to roll over for any man, well, except for Dane. :) And their dialogue is fast paced and absorbing. Marco's story line was touching and beautifully handled by the author. I was even sucked in by Genevieve, and was sad when she left the book. I can't say enough good things about this author and her debut novel. I just wish that I could have my own tropical getaway with Dane!

"B"lieve me , you will not get sleep once you start. WHY...is up to you!
Having been to the carribean quite often, I found it even more absorbing. Her ability to keep you in suspence comes usually to more seasoned authors but to her it is a piece of cake. You will not be putting this book down until the very last word is read. No skipping the last five to ten pages here. The "scenes" were unbelievable and only made me wish my intimate moments were as heady as these. My hats off to her debut novel. She seems to make you feel that if your friends don't read it , you will personally take offense. I will be keeping my eyes out for anything else this newcomer has to offer.

Great read
## Great read. This book was tremendous albeit a tad long. There was intrigue, suspense, romance and humor. The story was good and i loved, loved the hero Dane. Even the secondary characters were great. I also highly recommend "Killer Curves" by this same author. I read that one first and it was fabulous!

A Wonderfully Moving Novel!
Tropical Getaway is one of those books that grabs you by the heart and takes you on one passionate, emotional joy ride. The emotion made me cry, the romance was beautifully delivered. I adored Dain, who was a true romantic hero. And I was stunned by the twists and turns this plot took. Definitely pick up Tropical Getaway and get lost in a Caribbean journey!

interesting romantic suspense
For five years Ava Santori and her famous family of chefs awaited to hear from her estrange brother Marco, but nary a word came until now. They learn that Marco died as a Second Mate on the ill-fated Paradisio passenger ship that went down when it sailed into Hurricane Carlos. The grieving family wants to move past the incident. However, lawyer Grayson Boyd persuades Ana to come to the Caribbean Island of St. Bart to sue the ship¿s owner Dane Erikson who stands to make millions on the disaster. Ana believes the avaricious Dane caused Marco¿s death. Dane believes Ana failed to act like a sister to his best friend. Both wants to hate the other, but neither can ignore the growing love towards one another even while danger mounts from an illegal operation. Though the continual misunderstanding between the lead protagonists seems difficult to accept especially midway into the novel, readers will enjoy this romantic suspense. The action focuses on the lead couple¿s misconceptions before twisting into an intrigue. The plot is at its finest when Dane and Ana argue over Marco while falling in love. The intrigue adds excitement, but detours the story line from its roots. Still the audience will appreciate Roxanne St. Claire¿s tale. Harriet Klausner
