Twelve Months kept me reading from page one to the last. This book
touched my heart like no other, bringing me to tears and actual sobs.
Steven Manchester’s story will make every reader stop and think with
putting the important things in their life first; living life to the
fullest, loving, and having faith in God. I was pulled into each
character from the very beginning to the end. I couldn’t put this book
down, and became attached not only Don DiMarco, but his wife Bella,
Riley, Michael, Madison and Pudge. In truth, I'm lost for words on how
this book hit me so hard, as it was a told in a voice so real that I had
to keep telling myself that it’s fiction. Great storytelling,
emotional writing, and a great imagination to write this powerful book
with so many lessons in it!

Why??

Why do people feel the urge to write about the whole book?! Just write what you think ABOUT the book. Sheesh you ruin it for people that haven't purchased the darn thing.

I thoroughly enjoyed the author's writing style, but I felt that the story took too long to get to the point. I need a book that grabs me right from the start. I don't want to have to wait to be impressed or to care about the story and/or characters.

    Touching Story

This book is a very touching story and sad but is pretty slow moving so took a bit to get it finished. The story is good because it's a story about cancer and the feelings and emotions knowing you only have so long to live and how you would live out your last year of life but it did drag on a bit. I am glad however that I did read this book. But it's not a book to read on a vacation or if you need to escape to another land or have your spirits lifted. Praying for all with cancer.
