    Outstanding Twitter and Social Media Resource for People Over 40

    Social media and networking is a virtual frontier for most people like me: over 40, very busy, business owner, educated, family oriented. I ordered this book on Wednesday, had it in hand on Friday and devoured it on Saturday. Joel Comm did a magnificent job of dragging me into the world of social networking and marketing. And I loved it. He did not make me feel like a moron or out of touch. In fact, he made me believe that I could participate and be effective toward my own online goals and be helpful to others.

    As an author and a lawyer, I am a tough sell. Joel Comm made the hurdle and then some. I highly recommend his book to anyone wanting to learn more about Twitter and other social networking sites and mediums. In fact, I am going to purchase multiple copies to give to my customers and contacts.

    This is an excellent work and Joels best yet.

    This book is so informative. I am able to promote my business 50 times easier and faster now that I really understand twitter. I thought I had it all figured out until I read Joels book.
    This is a must read if you are promoting your business on or off line. Twitter is the fastest social growing social media on the internet today so it pays to know all you can about the twitter interface.

    Clear and Definingg

    Joel offers you a method to the sometimes madness that is Twitter. His teachings are on point and valid. It's my go to resource when it comes to Social Networking.

    Just the right book to power up brands with Twitter

    Comm's book will alert you to the real business possibilities of Twitter. He guides new and intermediate Twitter users through the whole process of using Twitter productively, from creating a profile to building a following to measuring your success. He also explains how to get business results on Twitter and how to measure those results. While Comm covers the basics for beginners, even experienced users will discover tidbits that will improve how they tweet. getAbstract needs more than 140 characters to recommend Comm's book, which gives corporate communicators, brand managers and individuals the information they need to do Twitter right.

    Almost Obsolete Already

    The problem with this, and other books, that speak to social networking is that by the time they hit the bookshelves in your neighborhood, they are already approaching "old news." This book is no exception. It is interesting reading, for the most part, but if you are marketing your company, this book is only a start in what has already become a lightspeed method of selling yourself or your products. Taken with other tools, this book can get you headed in the right direction.
