    Wit in tweet-sized packages

James Hutchings has written a collection of clever miniature stories that will make you laugh and make you think.

My personal favorites were "Ambition", "Chocolate Cake", and "Homework".

    Check it out.

    Thanks, James.

    more from this reviewer

very quick read that delivers a punch

"A tweet is a post or status update on Twitter that has 140 characters or less. It is as much a play on the size of the message as it is on the audible similarity to Twitter." initially, i thought something was wrong with the file i received for review but a double and triple check confirmed that i had a good copy. i have never come across anything like this before and consider it a new reading and learning experience. James Hutchings' thirty stories cover a range of genres and are written in less than 140 characters. my favorites are those about using rope, a stalker, a brain-eating creep, a lonely guy's web profile, a Pavlovian treatment for students and a Mama Monster. there are a few more but the ones i mentioned really grabbed my attention. Two-Fisted Tweets is a very quick read that - pardon the pun - delivers a punch and then some. it is perfect for whiling the time away - waiting for a ride, commuting or waiting for your date to show up.
