IM SO GLAD i bought this!
Wow, this is deff a 5 star! it has so many information, its not just your typical "work out" journal, the first few pages gives you advice on carbs, BMI, how to read labels, how to determine your weight loss, examples of how to use the book and so much more! it has a exercise chart and stickers! a book mark strip and a place were you can stick your pen onto ! i would DEFF RECCOMEND this to anybody who wants a FIT and health journal, gives you a section to write your daily food intake and another section for the workouts you have done, you can even calculate your calories!Was this review helpful?
