    VERY ENTERTAINING

This book was by far one of the best books I have ever read. Moore really gets you involved in each and every character, and that starts from page 1! I never thought that this book would keep my attention through the whole thing. It's really suspenseful and a great book. Pick this book up!

    I love this book.

I never read horror books. I normally read harry potter and lord of the rings. But this was my first horror book. I love it to death. It was the best. I finished it in a week. I only read it in school. :) SO now I love Horror books. But this is my favorite.

Moore shows us what happens when the smoke clears

When I received my advanced copy at Christmas it had a sparkle that competed with the lights on the tree. Under the Overtree that is. Since hitting the shelves, that sparkle is now a shine. Moore reaches deep inside us all and gives us answers to the questions of whether the wishes we make after blowing out the candles really do come true. Remember when we did that? Making wishes that were either good, bad or ugly? Well, Moore will take you on a journey to find out if one of yours did, even if you didn't tell a soul. Stephen King took us to the prom with Carrie. Moore can take you somewhere hot and serve revenge cold, but you'll feel resolved. Great reading for those beginning to enjoy the horror genre and cut teeth on. Excellent for those of you seeking something fresh and early but among the ranks of the masters. Moore is not a 'new' writer just on the scene. Apparently after ten years of marinade, this tale was soaked in the good stuff. Now, go blow your candles out, again and find out if it comes true. Enjoy!
