Debbie Reynolds is a true movie star with class to spare. She hardly led a charmed life because of her poor choice in men who used her and stole her money. But she worked hard and was a good mother to her children. Her long and successful career was not handed to her. I thought this was a wonderful book about a legendary Hollywood star who loves and appreciates her fans.

Destroys any illusions i may have had

No Hollywood glamour here. Just a rich woman whining about her poor choices and bad judgment. I feel like one of her many creditors: duped into buying this book.

Very informative book. Debbie tells it all and what a life! Eddi

Very informative book. Debbie tells it all and what a life! Eddie Fisher would have been very lucky if he had stayed with her and raised their children together. The only thingI didn't like at all was Debbie letting her 16 yr. old son go with an older woman in France. Debbie where were your morals!? Other than that she is a hard worker who never gives up. :)

Could not get this to download.

Rated one star because all that would load was the overview and I contacted Barnes & Noble and received a refund. Hope it's good in print form.

    Full of good memories.

This was fun and heartwarming at the same time. This lovely lady has gone through so much and always comes out on top. She is a true example of what a lady should be like, unlike the young actresses of today.
