To all the reviewers complaining that the author isn't really a vegan, allow me to point out that he is not claiming to be.  He is suggesting that people incorporate some vegan recipes into their diet in order to cut down on the junk and meat.

This book seems to be just a rehash of nutritional advice Dr Campbell gave us in *The China Study.* This author is using the term
VEGAN in the title of this book but there is nothing Vegan about this diet plan. A vegan is someone who does not eat animal products,
no meat, no eggs, no butter, etc. You can't be eating Vegan before 6PM and then indulge in eating animal products at night, that is not
what  Vegan means. Vegan is a way of life, it's not the latest EGO buzz word to gain attention or respect.
The recipes are terrible, really boring and uneventful. I don't suggest this book for health, diet or recipes. I must mention also, that I
saw this author on TV promoting this book and he's sporting a BIG FAT GUT. I can assure anyone out there who is looking to lose
weight an increase their vitality, that this is not the book or author for you. Who would buy a diet book from a man who is clearly
overweight and uninformed?

If I could give this no stars, I would do so. You cannot be vegan and eat whatever you want from a certain time to a certain time. I will, as a medical professional, guarantee that your "blood numbers" will not be in the normal range. This is simply ridiculous. The author doesn't seem to know what being vegan actually means, nor is there any worthy information or recipe in this book. Actually, this book should be banned. It is an atrocity.

The title of this book makes no sense to me whatsoever. When I first saw it, I thought it was about
Vitamin B6  as this is the appreciation for that...and then after reading it it seems that this author
doesn't seem to know what the meaning of VEGAN is.... This is a terrible book and I do not
recommend it to anyone who wishes to lose weight or who wants a more spiritual lifestyle based
on a plant based regime. I can't see anyone losing much on this diet or doing it in a healthy way.

I do suggest that if this author needs a title for his books, he should step into a 2nd grade class and
ask the kids. They will generally understand what the book is about and offer a good title which matches
the content of the book. I can assure you they would not have allowed this title as it's a lie.
