To all the reviewers complaining that the author isn't really a vegan, allow me to point out that he is not claiming to be.  He is suggesting that people incorporate some vegan recipes into their diet in order to cut down on the junk and meat.

This book seems to be just a rehash of nutritional advice Dr Campbell gave us in *The China Study.* This author is using the term
VEGAN in the title of this book but there is nothing Vegan about this diet plan. A vegan is someone who does not eat animal products,
no meat, no eggs, no butter, etc. You can't be eating Vegan before 6PM and then indulge in eating animal products at night, that is not
what  Vegan means. Vegan is a way of life, it's not the latest EGO buzz word to gain attention or respect. 
The recipes are terrible, really boring and uneventful. I don't suggest this book for health, diet or recipes. I must mention also, that I
saw this author on TV promoting this book and he's sporting a BIG FAT GUT. I can assure anyone out there who is looking to lose
weight an increase their vitality, that this is not the book or author for you. Who would buy a diet book from a man who is clearly
overweight and uninformed?
