A Great Book for Vegans and "non-vegans"
This book has many delicious recipes, using a variety of foods (quinoa, rice, lentils, beans, etc). I love that the author includes pairing ideas to help you create a well-rounded meal. There is also the caloric information and delicious desserts!<BR/><BR/>More pictures are always a plus in a cookbook.
