I LOVE this book! It was just what I needed when I needed it ~
What a wonderful resource! I find this book extremely helpful and started implementing the tips right away. I became a vegetarian a few years ago and just recently vegan. My hectic lifestyle and lack of knowledge left me reaching for the VERY expensive and hard to find prepared vegetarian/vegan products. Not only does this book help me to learn how to prepare basic staple items in a vegan kitchen, it helps me do so without blowing my food budget! So far, everything I have made has been absolutely delicious and I can't wait to make some more recipes! I highly recommend this book ~

Easy on your wallet. Delightful to your palate.
This book will not only save you money in the grocery store, but the healthy, nutritious recipes will save you from spending too much money on doctors' bills later in life. Plus, the recipes are good!
Baked Ziti, Walnut-Crusted Tofu with Spinach and Orange..it is easy to forget that all the recipes in this book cost only fifty cents to $2 per serving. The Three-Grain Bread makes the whole house smell cozy and the Tempeh Lettuce Cups make a nice presentation for dinner parties.
These dishes are easy and inexpensive to make, and they taste so good that you be happy to stay in and eat instead of blowing money at a restaurant.7 out of 7 people found this review helpful.

Best one so far
I have purchased three vegan cook books through the nook. All of them had some decent recipes but every recipe from this book has been a success. The mushroom gravy recipe is so good that even my wife adores it and normally she won't touch any gravy vegan or not.

Highly Recommended for those new to the Vegan way
This is a great book. The recipes are easy to make with everyday products. I really like the recipe for "Make-Your-Own-Mayo".
