39 clues book 11 was different from the rest because it wasn't totally focused on Amy and Dan. You find out Gideon's, Madeleine's, and Grace's past with the Vespers and then learn of Amy and Dan's first confrontation with them. It shows you what life will be like without the clue hunt and how the Vespers could be so much worse than the meanest Cahill's! How is that possible, right!? I also think all of the authors did a great job. As the Black Eyed Peas sing "I wouldn't want to have it any other way,I'm addicted and I just can't get enough!" so all you former clue hunters, go read book 11!

    Book review

This book was ok, not my favorite. It had to much history of the original cahills. The authors did a good job though. The last two sections were divine. They were about amy, dan. And about grace whe she was younger

The thrilling writing of Mr. Riordan can't even save this stale storyline

The problem with writing a series with no core author is that the series chronicles the same characters and story, yet the thrill is gone as the plot changes format each book and everything just drags on. When (arguably) the best of the bunch comes back to write another captivating novel, what's done is done and the control he did not have ovrer the ladt nine books comes crashing down and it loses its spark.

I Liked The Concept Of This Book, But It Lacked Detail And Excitement

Vespers Rising by Rick Riordan, Peter Lerangis, Gordon Korman, and Jude Watson, was the eleventh installment of the 39 Clues Series. This book was seperated into four parts; one by each author. I strongly disliked the first one, liked the second one, disliked the third, and enjoyed the fourth. I did learn some useful information, but everything was cobbled together in a way that made almost no sense to the reader. This book is a disappointment to the other 39 clues books.
