The Sweetest Seduction
I must admit I'm used to mystery-thrillers and romance from J.M. Jeffries. This journey was a little different than what I'm used to reading from them. Took some getting used to, because it wasn't quite what I expected. It was a sweet, endearing romance. This novel had me LOL and crying at the antics between Nell and Riley as he tried to give her a lesson in sex and romance. Nell was charming in her innocence and Riley was great as the experienced 'sex professor'. I enjoyed the characters and the small town of Wayloo. I even enjoyed the caring relationship Riley had with his ex-wife Chloe. And the friendship that Chloe had with Nell despite the fact that Chloe knew that Nell was Riley's first love. Again, even though it wasn't quite what I was expecting from two of my favorite mystery/romance thrillers. It was still a charming, romantic read.
