    Great, as usual :)

yet another heart-pounding and exciting dirk pitt adventure. I loved the settings in this book; a cozy cabin in colorado, a family farm in Africa, and all the others. The book kept me entertained throughout, and the ending was absolutely adrenaline-pumping. I'd recommend this to any dirk pitt fan.

the excitement never stops with Dirk Pitt around

    Rating: 4.5

Vixen 03 opens in 1954. An extremely deadly plague in the form of bombs goes missing. This is a great start to an exciting adventure starring the always amusing Dirk Pitt. Over thirty years after these doomsday bombs go missing, Pitt is the one to inadvertently uncover them. All of them except two that is. Pitt becomes entangled in a deadly scheme between the African Army of Revolution and the African Defense Forces, and somebody has two very deadly plague bombs in their hands. The excitement never stops as the story takes us from the mountains of Colorado to the plains of Africa to the Potomac in Washington D.C. The excitement never stops when Dirk Pitt is around.

    Great CC Book

This CC book is ojne of the best! Except for a few pages in the 100's, the whole book is action packed! There is an especially surprising twist, so be ready!

    BEST OPENER EVER

Vixen 03 has the best prologue of any book I have read. It grips your imagination from the first page as fate takes hold and the deadly cargo disappers in to the stormy night. Cussler at his best

    Another Great Dirk Pitt Adventure

Vixen 03 is another Dirk Pitt adventure written by the modern-day novelist Clive Cussler. It is a fantastic action-packed adventure with a plot that is used marvelously to develop each character accordingly. In this novel, Cussler developed the adventurous Dirk Pitts sensual relationship with the ¿esteemed and gorgeous congresswoman¿ Loren Smith, a representative in the house from rural Colorado. This exposed the unusual, rare side of Dirk Pitt: his romantic side. The recurrent theme in this novel was betrayal and vengeance. The author used betrayal to show the ¿dark side¿ of the characters Pitt, Fawkes, and Machita. Machita was ¿cheated out of his lively hood and stabbed in the back¿ by his comrade in a pro-revolution group. Fawkes¿ family was massacred and his farm burnt down by his own government, and Pitt had been photographed and blackmailed. These acts of betrayer ended up developing twists that enhanced the plots substance. Clive Cussler did an amazing job developing a recurrent theme and creating intriguing characters.

    The best books ever written

I have read everything that Clive Cussler has written and I have to say that you cannot put one book ahead of the rest. His character Dirk Pitt and his best friend Al Giordino are far better than James Bond,Macgyver,The Lone Ranger and Tonto all rolled together. These two men have saved the world every time they needed to. I would recomend all of these books to anyone who is an action/adventure fan.
