Pages Lost on the Screen
Purchased for a tablet via the B&N app:
This reader expects more from the publisher in terms of content and layout. This book is very disappointing. The text lacks value and the images seem to be culled from a word processor's clip art generic shapes. The pages of the book don't fit the screen orientation in either horizontal or verticle aspect, nor does the book allow for page scrolling or zooming.
Do to the limited functionality of the search software on Barnes' app, I was unable to review the books' meager content; I was also kept from previewing the fit of the e-book on the tablet. Even typing this review is unduly complicated by the lack of scrolling functionality in this pop-up window. It serves to further the argument that hardware and software providers cannot transfer their product from the desktop to the mobile working world.3 out of 5 people found this review helpful.
