The Storm Of Dogs Continued More dog warriors stormed into the earth. Lucky raced uphill to see Sweet on her back, trying to throw off her enemy. Lucky rolled under the swift-dog's belly, surprising her and carrying her off balance. The swift-dog pulled her weight down on him as he fell. Kicking her off, Lucky leapt up again and hurled himself on her shoulders, pinning her. Another cry was heard. Daisy was trying to fight a Labrador Retriever warrior. She didn't stand a chance! Rushing down, Lucky saw Dagger fighting ag Daisy's side. Lucky threw himself on the Labrador, his teeth locking on his leg, blood trickling down his fur. Lucky felt strength in him as he glided, striding on the enemy and he felt blood come down from his fur. His eyes flew open to see the Labrador Retriever dead. A deep gash was in his throat and belly and his flanks and sides were opened up, his legs at an unnatural angle. Lucky hunched back and dropped into a crouch, panting. Lucky felt like a loudcage had just ran him over. He'd paralyzed the Labrador Retriever and killed hin. Whipping around, he saw Blade's teeth locked on a Border Collie's haunches and claws raking across his chest. Dropping down, Lucky looked for Bella. He swiveled across the battlefield, blood everywhere. Turning around, he saw his Alpha stained red with blood, her teeth raking across her enemy's spine. Her enemy jumped on her. Bella's cries died down as her enemy crushed her. Her enemy jumped off, smirked, and ran away. Bella's bloodstained body was limp and motionless and Lucky saw none of her flanks or her scuff move. Lucky ran over. "Bella?" He asked. There was no reply. "Bella?" He asked again. Still no reply and only a deadly silence with no heartbeats. Lucky stepped forward to see Bella's throat at an unnatural angle. Touching his nose to Bella's flank, he jumped back. It was so cold and limp. Bella did not get up. Grief flooded over Lucky as he hunched back, his gaze fixed on his sister's body. The Alpha of the Storm of Dogs was trying to kill Alfie, a Bulldog. He was the same dog that killed Bella! "I will avenge my sister!" Lucky howled. He got up, threw himself forward, and skidded to a halt. "Face me, you stupid pathetic fleabag!" Lucky howled, his eyes blazing with swift fury. The Alpha whipped his head around, snarling. Lucky snarled in return. Launching himself on the Alpha, he felt his fangs scour across his back and with his weight, he tackled him. Crouching, he snapped his jaws on the flesh around his belly fiercely and slid out, snarling. "Dirty Road Hound!" Lucky roared. "Temper, temper," the Alpha sneered, hurling himself on Lucky. Lucky dug his teeth in the Alpha's shoulder blades. Jumping up, he felt his claws scour threw deep flesh. Howling, the Alpha jumped back, blood dripping from his flank. The Alpha narrowed his eyes and threw himself on Lucky. The golden-furred mutt jumped and felt his teeth and fangs lock in his throat, twisting it. Yelping, the Alpha slammed his paw on Lucky. Bolts of pain rushed through the sheltie-retriever. Drilling his claws in Lucky's chest, Lucky coughed. Then he kicked the Alpha off right in the throat. It filled his mouh and he fell, dead. The life force steamed into Bella's body and she awoke, the other dogs fading away into mist. Peace ruled... but not the Fierce Dogs(hehe ;)
