    Walk Yourself Well

    This book is not just a great read, but potentially a life changer if you are like many people who have struggled for years with back pain or other types of joint and muscle pain. Walk Yourself Well has easily understood yet comprehensive methods for diagnosing and correcting imbalances and weakness that have developed as a result of our movement patterns. Patterns that we may have learned as far back as our childhood. Amazing stuff from a Physical Therapist with over 25 years of treating patients under her belt. All this is combined with a joyful perspective that makes the book fun and at times, amazingly thought provoking. Five Stars. Get it.
