I had to read this book for school beacuse it was part of an assignment. At first I thought it would be a fun book to read and it sounded interesting. Then when I finished the book i was so dissapointed. It was a total waste of time. The Wave was a dumb experiment that these immature students took way too seriously. I understand that this is based on a true story but it seems so unrealistic. The characters seem so gullible an codependent. It was as if the needed the Wave to survive and they couldnt think or do anything for themselves. Over all, I think that the author could have done a better job. THIS BOOK SUCKED!!!!!!!Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.

A Horrible Story
This book is one of the worest I have ever read. I also had to read The Wave for my Advanced Freshman English class. The characters had no personality and their lives were similar to a cartoon character on TV. The teachers acted more childish than the students. The author's writing is so dull and lacks creativity. I would not recommend this book or this author to anyone. You'll be wasting your time of you read it.Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
