    really enjoyed this one

Burdened by poor health, emotional issues and lack of direction, Sara Avant Stover embarks on a new life in Thailand where she learns to embrace the daily, seasonal and yearly rhythms of nature through simple yet effective changes in her life, and subsequently heals herself into happiness. The book teaches readers how to live a more balanced life through healthy and detoxifying recipes, yin and yang yoga sequences, thought provoking reflections and simple one-day retreats. The beauty of Stover’s way is that the incorporation of just one or two of her recommendations can bring more balance to any woman’s life. It’s about living from the inside out, in harmony with nature and our hearts.

Walk This Way: The Way of the Happy Woman

The Way of the Happy Woman contains great seasonal suggestions on incorporating Ayurvedic and yoga practices into your everyday life - whether it's winter, spring, summer or fall. The book will take you through a year and help you be more connected to the unique rhythms of each month. From the back cover, "When we honor spring's seedlings, summer's vibrancy, fall's harvest, and winter's quietude, we harmonize our inner and outer worlds." Reduce stress by incorporating the yoga sequences, recipes, and self-reflection techniques.

This book could become a nice handbook for self-correction when you feel you're falling off the path. Walk this way and you'll find your way back.
