Read with your Best Friend
This book makes you appreciate all you have and inspires you to do more with it. Life is so unpredictable and Bree Housley shows this through her life with her late best friend Shelly. It's funny, quirky, sad and honest. Call your best friends, family etc immediately after you finish this book.

Such a great story to help us remember what's truly important in life. A mostly lighthearted path of honoring the life of her late BFF. Definitely worth the read!

Sweet, sad and so funny! Bree decides to make a "New Year's
Sweet, sad and so funny! Bree decides to make a "New Year's" resolution per week in honor of Shelly, who was outgoing and crazy fun. She does some normal things like watch musicals and have game night, but also wears weird clothes from the back of her closet and eats things like beef tongue tacos. The book is not really about the resolutions, but how they change Bree, help her heal, and bring back lots of memories of Shelly. The writing is hilarious, bringing a light-hearted touch to the serious subject of grief. Bree was a shy, nerdy child, but she's been influenced by her social butterfly friend. Expect drinking, swearing (the f-word) and mild mention of sex and personal body parts. Most of all expect to have fun reading this. Readers will gain a greater appreciation for their time on this earth and for their friends and family. And discover the World's Largest Truck Stop.

Great Reminder for everyone to not take friendships or life for
Great Reminder for everyone to not take friendships or life for granted, and also that when you may think you are the only one out there that feels this way, there are others just like you! I had a hard time putting this book down until it was done, and when I did read the last page, I felt the need to "get intouch" with the friendships that have been left back in the past. Everybody moves on to bigger and better things, but there is nothing better than the friendships that you form when younger and and the friends that will be there for you forever, thru thick and thin! I would give 12 Gold Stars to this book if BN would let me. Prepare yourself to laugh, cry and scream all at the same time and also to reach out to that long lost friend that you haven't seen or heard from in awhile.
