Good Series Ender, Not as Good Alone
This was a promising book that I felt fell flat. The premise got me excited and waiting for a funny story that leads to true love. But in the end, it felt like a wrapping up of a series that didn't have enough oomph to really be it's own stand-alone story. Katie never really realizes that she might have made a mistake before. She never comes to any real emotional realization at all. Gabe goes from angry to in love so fast you are completely lost. There is some fun witty banter and the side characters seem fun - I would have liked to read some of their stories. Still a sweet ending and a light story, but I think it would have been better to read it at the end of the series rather than the beginning.
