Not being an individual who needs to be gluten-free, but living
Not being an individual who needs to be gluten-free, but living with someone who prefers to be gluten-free, I found this cookbook to be a really nice guide for the new to non-gluten cookery. Polenta is a really nice substitute for gluten items as a side or main in breakfasts. I found that the only problem was that some of the items required are extremely specific and can sometimes be rather expensive. For those who enjoy speciality stores and do not need to worry too much on the monetary, this is an excellent book. Sometimes the recipes can be a little overzealous for those who are new cooks, but all in all the book serves its purpose well and delivers weeknight gluten free (and weekday and morning).Was this review helpful?
