Awesome book-THIS BOOK IS MAGIC!!!!

I don't usually take the time to write reviews or give feedback on products, but if this book you are reading this review trying to decide if this book will be worth the money, let me tell you...this is worth the money ten times over! I went through the 12 week program for Volume I-twice and am on week 7 of Vol II and I AMAZED! This is the magic pill that I have been looking for. I am 33 years old and look better than I did 10 years ago. Volume I really gave me a good foundation on the basics of weight lifting (the hows and the whys). Volume II is more advanced and really challenges you to take it to the next level. I cannot recommend these two books enough. Give them a try. I did notice that there is a money back guarantee if you are not completly satisfied. You can't go wrong!

Never exercised or weight trained in your life? This book is for you.

I found this book to be for the absolute beginner. If you are looking for a good workout plan and have no idea where to start, then this book is for you. But if you are like me, and had a couple of years of weight training but learned through friends, people at the gy...
I found this book to be for the absolute beginner. If you are looking for a good workout plan and have no idea where to start, then this book is for you. But if you are like me, and had a couple of years of weight training but learned through friends, people at the gym or from magazines, then you should look else where. I would recommend Mens Health: Hard Body, for people who fall into my category.
